Job interviews are never seems to be easier , when you have attended more interviews than you can count the number of interviews you have appeared. Meeting new people, selling our self and our skills and very often getting to know that what we know and what do not know. Here we are going to discuss job interview tips to help us in preparing for the interview effectively. Proper interview preparation will help alleviate some of the stress involved in the job interviews. 


We should practice answering interview questions and practice your responses to the complicated job interview questions and answers most recruiters ask. We should be prepared for a response so you are ready for the question. “What do you know about our company”. We should know the interviewer’s name and use his/her name during the interview. If you are not sure of the name, ask him prior to the interview. Always try to relate what you know about the company when answering the questions.


We should make sure, our interview attire is tidy, neat and appropriate for the type of company or firm you are getting interviewed. Carry a nice portfolio of your personal documents and latest copy of your resume. 


Try to be on time for the interview. It means, ten to fifteen minutes early to the scheduled interview time.


During the job interview, try to relax your self and stay calm and quite as possible. Look at the regroup. Always maintain eye contact with the interviewer. First listen to entire question and take 10 seconds time before you answer. Pay attention to the interviewer when he is shooting question. Don’t ever ask for the second time.


Always try to relate what you know about the company and job profile they are looking for and also relate your past success in that particular filed and achievements.


Follow up with a thank you, reiterating your interest to take up the position.




We have seen candidates facing difficulty facing interviews. If  a person is not able to get through the interview , it doesn’t mean that  she or she is not fit for job or capable  to take up the responsibilities, its just that , she or he is lacking certain rules and strategies which they should implement during the interview process.
